Community Crowd-Sourced Funding (CSF) is a regulated form of equity crowdfunding in Australia, governed by ASIC. It allows eligible companies to raise up to A$5M per year from retail investors. You receive ordinary shares in Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd — equity in the company, not in any individual farm or land holding.

You receive shares in Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd through the approved CSF pathway. Ambassador participation is separate: any ordinary shareholder pathway requires approved programme terms, confirmed attribution, and legal sign-off. Shareholders receive progress updates as the company works through future Earth Currency preparation.

Earth Currency is a future umbrella instrument with two components: Fresh Earth Value Token (FEVT) and Fresh Earth Impact Token (FEIT). Neither is issued through the current CSF raise. Any issuance, pricing, backing value, operator participation, or disclosure framework requires platform completion, legal review, and regulatory approval before publication.

Ambassadors are community leaders who help translate the Fresh Earth mission into communities. The movement lane is free to join. Referral recognition and any ordinary shareholder pathway remain subject to approved programme terms, confirmed attribution, and legal sign-off.
